Admissions to Ph.D. and Integrated M.Sc.-Ph.D. programmes for the year 2014
National Brain Research Centre (NBRC) will select candidates through following channels for admissions to Ph.D. and Integrated M.Sc.-Ph.D. programmes for the year 2014.
(The Candidates with 85 percentile or more in GATE 2013-2014 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology and Instrumentation Engineering may apply through this channel. )
Candidates will be short-listed for a two-tier interview based on their performance in the JGEEBILS examination or their score in the GATE examination /JEST examination /CSIR (JRF) (Chemistry) examination, depending on the stream through which they have applied to NBRC.

Candidates Appearing for JGEEBILS:
Candidates short-listed for the interview will be informed latest by May 2014. The interviews are likely to be held in the month of May/June 2014. The interview dates will also be published on the NBRC web site.
