1) Applications are invited through ONLINE mode only in the
prescribed proforma to be
made available on WEBSITE (www.tslprb.in) from 25-02-2016 to
15-03-2016 for recruitment
to the following posts. The registered applicants may
download Intimation letter one week
before the date of Physical Measurements Test/Physical
Efficiency Test. The number of
vacancies indicated is only tentative and is liable for
change without giving any notice.
TSLPRB reserves the right to notify the modifications with

2) The Applicants who are desirous and eligible may apply

2. Applicants should possess a soft copy of his/her passport
size photo +
signature Combined in jpg/jpeg format. The application will
be rejected, if
the applicant uploads the Photo without Signature. The size
should not
exceed 50kb (Minimum size >10kb). Please note that if the
type of file is not
in jpg/jpeg format, the system will reject the same and you
may not be able to
‘complete’ the process of filling up of the remaining
details of the application
form.
3. Applicants should not submit more than one application
form.
4. Registration Fee for the Applicant belongs to Telangana
State OC / BC:
Rs.400/-, SC /ST: Rs.200/-.

5. The prescribed Fee has to be paid by the applicant in any
of the branches of
TS(AP)- Online / Mee-Seva / E-Seva / Credit or Debit Card /
Net Banking as
mentioned in the notification. After paying the Fee, the
applicant will be able
to fill his/her application form online.
6. Applicants can use the "Apply Online" in the
main menu option to fill his/her
application form online.
7. False information and Suppression or Concealment of facts
will result in
disqualification and liable for prosecution.
8. Once the applicant submits the application, no
corrections can be made. Hence
applicants are requested to carefully verify the details
before submission.
9. After successful completion of Online Application the
applicant will receive
an email/SMS alert. (Check SPAM folder of his/her email
account if he/she
has not received it in INBOX).
10. Applicants are expected to behave in orderly and
disciplined manner while
appearing for the Tests/Examination. Any impersonation will
be viewed
seriously and liable for prosecution.
11. Applicants are advised to carefully read all the
instructions and understand
before clicking on "I AGREE".
12. Applicants should satisfy themselves of their
eligibility before applying. Mere
issuance of Admit Card to the applicant will not imply that
his/her candidature
has been finally cleared by the TSLPRB. The TSLPRB will take
up the
verification of eligibility conditions with reference to the
original documents.
3) FEE STRUCTURE:
a) Payment of Fee - The applicants belonging to OCs/BCs
shall pay a fee of Rs. 400/-
(Rupees four hundred only) and those belonging to SCs/STs
shall pay a fee of Rs.200/-
(Rupees two hundred only) towards Application Processing and
Examinations.
b) Mode of Payment of Fee:
I Step: The applicant has to visit any of the Mee Seva
(e-Seva) / TS Online /
AP Online centres to pay the prescribed Registration Fee by
providing
his / her Basic personal details like Name, Father Name,
Date of Birth,
Mobile Number, Community, Gender and SSC Hall Ticket Number
or
its equivalent and other details etc..
The applicant may
also pay through Payment Gateway (Credit
card/Debit card/ Internet Banking) and can submit online
application
form at www.tslprb.in.

II Step: After receiving the Payment Receipt from Mee Seva
(e-Seva) / TS
Online / AP Online, the applicant has to visit the website
www.tslprb.in to submit the online application form. Even
after
making payment of fee, applicant fails to submit the Online
Application Form, such applications shall be rejected
without giving
any notice and fee once paid will not be refunded in any
case.
4) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The applicants are required to go through the
Notification carefully and
decide themselves as
to their eligibility for this recruitment before applying
and enter the
particulars completely ONLINE. No relevant column of the
application form
should be left blank; otherwise the application form will not
be accepted.
2. The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board
(TSLPRB) is not
responsible, for any
discrepancy in the application particulars while submitting
the form through
online. The applicants are therefore, advised to strictly
follow the
instructions in their own interest and to verify the contents before
submitting the online
application.
3. The particulars furnished by the applicants in the
Application Form will be
taken as final.
Applicants should therefore, be very careful in Uploading /
submitting the
application form online. The particulars made available in the
website shall be
processed through computer.
4. Incomplete / incorrect application form will be summarily
rejected. The
information if any
furnished by the applicant subsequently in any form will
not be entertained by
the TSLPRB under any circumstances. Applicants
should be careful in filling-up the application form before
submission. If any
lapse is detected at any stage of the recruitment process,
the candidature will
be rejected.
5. The applications received online in the prescribed
proforma available in the
website and within
the prescribed time shall only be considered and the
TSLPRB will not be
held responsible for any kind of discrepancy.
6. The applicants should not furnish any particulars that
are false, tampered,
fabricated or
suppress or conceal any material information while making an
application through website. In case at a later date if it
is found that any false
information is provided, punitive action will be taken as
per law.
7. All the testimonials issued by the competent authorities
shall compulsorily be
produced as and when
required. If the applicant fails to produce the same,
his/her candidature will be rejected / disqualified without
any further
correspondence.
8. The claim of the applicants with regard to the Age, Date
of birth, educational
qualifications,
community etc., are accepted only provisionally on the
information furnished
by them in their application form and certificates
produced, subject to
verification and satisfaction of the TSLPRB. Mere

admission to any test
or inclusion of the name of a applicant in a Merit List
will not confer on
the applicant any right for selection. The candidature is
therefore,
provisional at all stages and the TSLPRB reserve the right to reject
his /her candidature
at any stage of the selection without giving any notice.
9. The applicants are requested to check their eligibility
criteria carefully and fill
in all the relevant
columns in the online application form
10. The applicants shall bring IN PERSON the following
documents in original
along with one set of Xerox copy duly attested by a Gazetted
Officer while
coming for attending Physical Measurement Test &
Physical Efficiency Test
compulsorily. Failure to produce the same will lead to
rejection of the
candidature.
a) Secondary School / Matriculation certificate or
equivalent certificate in
support of the date of birth.
b) Educational qualification – As required in para 12 of
this notification.
c) BC applicants who wish to claim concession in age and
also reservation
specified for the Backward Classes should submit the LATEST
Community Certificate and certificate of their exclusion
from the Creamy
Layer issued by the competent revenue authority.
d) The SC / ST applicants who wish to claim concession in
age and also
reservation specified for the SC/ST, should submit the
LATEST
Community Certificate issued by the competent authority.
e) Certificate from the competent authority in respect of
State Government
employees / those who worked in the Army, Navy or Air Force
of the
Indian Union / NCC Instructors / retrenched temporary
employee in the
State Census Department during 1991 for claiming age
concession.
f) Residence certificate in the agency area from the
competent authority in
respect of applicants belonging to Scheduled Tribes and
Aboriginal Tribes
in the agency areas who claim relaxation in physical
measurements/
reservation.
g) Study certificate issued by the School authorities or
Residence certificate
(in case the applicant not studied in any Educational
Institution preceding
to SSC/Matriculation or equivalent (Private study)) issued
by Tahsildar of
the concerned Mandal.
h) Certificate of Home Guard / Certificate of CPP issued
after the date of
notification, wherever applicable.
i) Ex-Servicemen certificate / NCC A,B,C certificate etc.,
wherever
applicable.
5) Women Reservation : 33 1/3 % of vacancies in each
category are reserved for
women under direct recruitment. In the event of
non-availability of eligible and suitable

women candidates, the vacancies reserved for them shall not
be carried forward to the
succeeding recruitment and shall be filled up by men
candidates of respective category. The
reservation for women will be a horizontal reservation
following principle of sufficiency i.e.,
the reservation of women candidates shall be adjusted
proportionately in the respective
category to which the women candidate belongs, in relaxation
of relevant rules relating to
Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules.
6) Rules Governing the posts :-
The recruitment to
the posts of Police Constable (Communication) is being made as
per the provisions of the APP (SCT) Rules, 1999 (Adaptation
Order) 2015 issued by the
Government of Telangana in G.O.Ms.No.96 Home (Legal)
Department dated 31-12-2015 and
the amendments thereon.
7) i) Special Representation (Reservation) :- The rule of
Special Representation
(Reservation) i.e., BC-A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D, BC-E, SC, ST,
and Ex-Servicemen, as
provided in Rule 22 & 22-A of State & Subordinate
Service Rules, 1996, as applicable to the
State of Telangana, shall be applicable to all the above
categories of posts except vacancies of
Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constable (Communications)
in the 15th Bn., TSSP
(deputation).
ii) The vacancies
reserved for special categories i.e., National Cadet Corps (NCC);
Home Guard (HG); and Children of Police Personnel (CPP)
shall be adjusted in a horizontal
manner i.e., the reservation of Special Category applicants
shall be adjusted proportionately
in the respective communal category to which the candidate
belongs.
Pertaining to Backward Classes, SC & ST
8) Relaxation in upper age limit (as given in para 11 (B)
(b)) and / or reservation to
‘BC-E group’ will be subject to the adjudication of the
litigation pending before the
Honourable Courts including final orders in Civil Appeal
No(s). 2628-2637 of 2010 in SLP
No.7388-97 of 2010 dated 25-03-2010 and orders from the
Government from time to time.
9) Creamy Layer : In terms of G.O.Ms.No.8, Backward Classes
Welfare (OP)
Department dated 13-11-2014 of Government of Telangana, the
applicants claiming to be
belonging to Backward Classes have to produce a Certificate
regarding their exclusion from

the Creamy Layer from the competent authority (Tahsildar).
The Certificate of exclusion
from Creamy Layer has to be produced at the time of
verification of certificates. B.C.
Applicants whose Parent’s income is less than 6.00 Lakhs per
annum come under NonCreamy
Layer.
a) The applicants belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled
Castes and Scheduled
Tribes should submit the “Community & Date of Birth
Certificate” issued by the
competent authority (obtained from Government of Telangana
State) to avail
relaxation in age as per Annexure II. The certificate must
have been issued by the
competent authority in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, SW (J) Dept.,
dt.12-05-1997 r/w
G.O.Ms.No.5 Scheduled Castes Development (POA.A2)
Dept.,dt.08-08-2014,
G.O.Ms.No.11 Scheduled Castes Development (POA.A2) Dept.,dt.17-09-2014
and
G.O.Ms.No.2 Scheduled Castes Development (POA.A2)

respect of SC & ST applicants and vide G.O.Ms.No.16, BCW
(OP) Dept.,dt.11-03-
2015 and G.O.Ms.No.34 BCW (OP) Dept.,dt.08-10-2015 in
respect of applicants
belonging to Backward Classes issued by the competent
authority i.e., from
Tahsildars in the State of Telangana, not below the rank of
Deputy Tahsildar.
b) Only those applicants belonging to Backward Classes and
who do not belong to the
section of ‘Creamy layer’ as defined in G.O.Ms.No.8,
Backward Classes Welfare
(OP) Department dated 13-11-2014 of Government of Telangana
are eligible to avail
quota of reservation. They should submit the certificate
regarding their exclusion
from the Creamy Layer from the competent authority
(Tahsildar) along with
Community Certificate as stated above. In case of failure to
produce the Certificate
on the day of verification of certificates, the applicant’s
Candidature will be treated
under “Open Competition”, if otherwise eligible.
10) The requisite educational qualification, age, physical
standards, procedure to be
followed for selection etc are given below. The applicants
must read the instructions given in
this notification as well as “Instructions for filling the
online application” carefully in their
own interest.
11) Eligibility Conditions:
A. For the post mentioned in this notification, both men and
women are eligible.

B. Age Limit (General):
a) 1) (i) Must have attained the age of 18 years and must
not have attained
the age of 22 years as on 1st July, 2016. However, the
Government
of Telangana vide G.O.Ms.No.86, Home (Legal) Department,
dated 21-12-2015, raised the maximum age limit by (3) years
for a
period of one year from the date of issue of G.O. This
relaxation is
in addition to the upper age limit as mentioned above.
(ii) For Home Guards,
a person who, as on the date of notification, has
been on duty as Home Guard for a minimum duration of 360
days
within a period of two years and who is still continuing his
service
as Home Guard, must have attained the age of 18 years and
must
not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st July, 2016.
However, the Government of Telangana vide G.O.Ms.No.86,
Home (Legal) Department, dated 21-12-2015, raised the
maximum
age limit by (3) years for a period of one year from the
date of
issue of G.O. This relaxation is in addition to the upper
age limit as
mentioned above.
b) However, the upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable
as under: -
i) Up to a maximum of five years if a candidate belongs to a
Backward Class
or a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe.
ii) length of regular service limited up to a maximum of
five years if a
applicant is an employee of Telangana State Government.
(Employees of
TSTRANSCO, Discoms, TSGENCO, State Road Transport
Corporation
and other Telangana State Corporations, Municipalities,
Local bodies,
Public Sector under takings etc. are not entitled for age
relaxation). The
service certificate as shown in Annexure III.
iii) three years in addition to the length of service
rendered in the Army, Navy
or Air Force of the Indian Union for the candidates who
served in the
Army, Navy or Air Force of the Indian Union.

iv) three years in addition to the length of service
rendered as a whole time
Cadet Corps Instructor in NCC provided the candidate has
rendered a
minimum service of 6 months as a whole time Cadet Corps
Instructor in
NCC.
v) Up to a maximum of three years if a applicant is a
retrenched temporary
employee in the State Census Department with a minimum
service of 6
months during 1991.
c) For Women candidates : In the case of a widow, a divorced
woman or a
woman judicially separated from her husband, and who is not
remarried,
a) If she is a SC or ST, must have attained the age of 18
years and must
not have attained the age of 40 years as on 1st July, 2016.
However, the
Government of Telangana vide G.O.Ms.No.86, Home (Legal)
Department, dated 21-12-2015, raised the maximum age limit
by (3)
years for a period of one year from the date of issue of
G.O. This
relaxation is in addition to the upper age limit as
mentioned above.
b) In the case of all other categories i.e., other than SC
& ST, the
candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must
not have
attained the age of 35 years as on 1st July, 2016. However,
the
Government of Telangana vide G.O.Ms.No.86, Home (Legal)
Department, dated 21-12-2015, raised the maximum age limit
by (3)
years for a period of one year from the date of issue of
G.O. This
relaxation is in addition to the upper age limit as
mentioned above.
Women candidate
claiming above age by virtue of being either a widow or a divorcee
or a woman judicially separated as shown above should
produce the following documentary
evidence.
(i) In case of widow, death certificate of her husband
together with the affidavit
that she has not
re-married since.
(ii) In case of divorced women and women judicially
separated from their
husbands, a certified copy of the judgment/decree of the
appropriate court to
prove the fact of divorce or the judicial separation, as the
case may be, along
with an affidavit that they have not re-married since.
Save as provided above, the age limits prescribed can in no
case be relaxed.

NOTE: - The Name and date of birth accepted by the TSLPRB is
that entered in the
Secondary School Certificate or Matriculation or an
equivalent examination certificate. No
other document relating to age like horoscopes, affidavits,
birth extracts from Municipal
Corporation, service records and the like will be accepted.
12) Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have passed SSC
or any other
examination recognized by the State Government as being
equivalent to SSC and must
possess Industrial Training Institutional Certificate in
Electronic, Mechanic OR Information
Technology and Electronic System Maintenance OR Computer
Operator and Programming
Assistant OR Mechanic Consumer Electronics OR Electrician OR
Vocational Intermediate in
a) EET (Electronic Engineering Technician) b) ET (Electrical
Technician) (old name
Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical applications
(E.W & SEA) after SSC) as on 1st
July 2016.
Note: The candidates who possess higher qualification than
the prescribed one will also be
considered for selection on par with the candidates who
possess the prescribed qualification.
13) Medical Standards :

or infirmity which will render him unfit for the posts
notified.
c) Applicants who
have the following ailments or defects will not be considered
for recruitment to any post specified in this rule
i) Physically handicapped
ii) Knocking-knees, pigeon chest, flat foot, Vericose veins,
Hammer toes,
fractured limbs, decayed teeth, stammering, hard of hearing
and
abnormal psychological behaviour.

NOTE : In order to prevent disappointment, applicants are
advised to have themselves
examined by a Civil Surgeon before applying for the
examination to ensure that they meet the
prescribed Physical and Medical Standard(s).
14) APPLICANTS TO ENSURE THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR THE
EXAMINATION: The
applicants applying for the examination should ensure
themselves that they fulfil all the
eligibility conditions for admission to the examination.
Their admission at all the stages of the
Test/examination will be purely provisional and subject to
satisfying the prescribed eligibility
conditions.
Mere issue of Admit Card to the applicant will not imply
that his/her candidature has
been finally cleared by the TSLPRB.
The TSLPRB will take up verification of eligibility
conditions with reference to
original documents only after the applicant has finally
qualified.
15) Intimation Letter :- The registered applicants may
download the Intimation letter
through the website (www.tslprb.in) for appearing the
PMT/PET with details of Venue, Date
and Time. After verification of relevant certificates, Admit
card will be issued to the
applicants for appearing in PMT, PET and Final written
examination.
16) Selection Procedure/Scheme: - The Selection
Procedure/Scheme of the Exam will be
as follows:-
A) Physical Measurements Test (PMT): The candidates shall be
required
to appear for the Physical Measurements Test and should meet
the following
requirements.
a) For Men:
i) Height: Must not be less than 162 centimetres.
ii) Chest: Must not be less than 84 centimetres round the
chest
on full inspiration
with a minimum expansion of 4
centimetres.
b) For Women: Height: Must not be less than 152.5
centimetres

Provided that in the
case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes and
aboriginal tribes in the agency areas of Mahaboobnagar,
Adilabad, Warangal and
Khammam districts should meet the following requirements:
a) For Men:
i) Height: Must not
be less than 160 centimetres.
ii) Chest: Must not
be less than 80 centimetres round the chest
on full inspiration
with a minimum expansion of 3
centimetres.
b) For Women: Height: Must not be less than 150 centimetres.
B) Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The candidates qualified
in the above
Physical Measurements Test will be required to undergo the
following tests and
qualify as specified below:
i) For Men :- Candidates must qualify in any of the three
(3) events which
includes 800 meters run, out of the five (5) events of the
Physical Efficiency Test as
detailed below:-

C) Written Examination: Candidates who qualify in the above
Physical Efficiency
Test will be required to appear for a written examination
(three hours duration) as
given below. The syllabus is given in Annexure I.

NOTE: 1) The minimum
marks to be secured by the candidates in order to
qualify in the final written examination paper is 40% for
OCs, 35% for BCs and 30%
for SCs/STs/Ex-Servicemen.
2) Questions in the Paper will be objective in nature and
will be set in
English language. Candidates have to answer the questions on
an OMR answer sheet
using Blue / Black Ball Point pen only. For this purpose
candidates should bring Blue
/ Black Ball Point pens along with them.
3) The appearance in all the Tests and Written Examination
is
compulsory. Absence in any of the above Tests / Examination
will automatically
render his/her candidature to be rejected.
4) Mere securing minimum qualifying marks does not vest any
right to
an applicant for being considered for selection.
D) FINAL SELECTION :
The final selection of the candidates will be made strictly
on relative merit, as
obtained by them based on their score in the written
examination (200 marks) for the
candidates who qualified in Physical Efficiency Test. The
provision of “The Andhra
Pradesh Public Employment (Organization of Local cadres and
regulation of direct
recruitment) Order, 1975”, the rule of reservation to local
candidates is not applicable.
E) Preference: When two or more applicants in a particular
category obtain equal
marks, preference will be given to the applicant who was
born earlier.
17) A) Percentage of Quotas in Special Categories:
1 % for NCC; 2 % for
Home Guards and 3 % for Children of Police Personnel
(CPP).

B) Special Categories
: The Applicants who claim reservation / quota under
following special categories should satisfy the following
conditions: -
i) NCC – National Cadet Corps - Applicants who possess NCC
‘C’
certificate will be preferred. If sufficient applicants are
not available, then the
applicants who possess NCC ‘B’ certificate will be
considered. If vacancies still
remain unfilled, then the applicants who possess NCC ‘A’
certificate will be
considered.
ii) Home Guard –
Persons who, as on the date of notification, have been
on duty as Home Guards for a minimum duration of 360 days
within a period of two
years and who are still continuing their service as Home
Guards come under this
category.
iii) CPP – Children
of Police Personnel up to the rank of Inspector of
Police in service in T.S. Police Department as well as
Children of Police Personnel
upto the rank of Inspector of Police, who after serving in
the T.S. Police Dept. have,
either retired or died, will come under this special
category.
Children of police
personnel who were compulsorily retired or removed or
dismissed from service as a measure of punishment will not
be considered for quota
under ‘Children of Police Personnel’ (CPP)
Note: i) Applicants who claim reservation/quota under Home
Guard/CPP
should satisfy the above conditions and submit the
certificate as per Annexure
IV & V respectively. The certificate(s) pertaining to
Home Guard & CPP
should be obtained on or after the date of notification from
the competent
authority. The certificate obtained before the date of
notification is not valid
and will not be entertained.
ii) Applicants who claim reservation / quota under NCC
(A/B/C) should
submit the necessary certificate issued by the competent
authority.
18) Applicants who claim reservation as Ex-Servicemen should
satisfy the
conditions mentioned in Clause (16) of Rule 2 of State and
Subordinate Service Rules

1996 as applicable to the State of Telangana as per A.P.,
Re-Organization Act, 2014
and having the necessary certificate from the competent
authority.
19) The selection of
the applicants will be provisional and subject to verification of the
original certificates, antecedents, medical fitness and also
outcome of the disciplinary
proceedings if any pending against the serving employees.
20) Mere admission to any test or inclusion of an
applicant’s name in a Merit List shall
not confer on him any right for selection/appointment to
such service, class or category. The
provisional selection of the applicants to the posts
mentioned in this Notification, are subject
to the following requirements:-
21) Antecedents verification: No person shall be eligible
for appointment to any service
by direct recruitment unless he/she satisfies the selection
authority as well as the appointing
authority that his/her character, antecedents and medical
fitness are such as to qualify him/her
for such service.
22) Disqualification for appointment: The candidates falling
under the following
categories shall be disqualified for selection/appointment,
under the rules.
(i) Suppression of material facts (either in the application
form or in the attestation
form).
(ii) If the candidate himself or through his/her relatives
or friends or any other has
canvassed or endeavoured to enlist extraneous support
whether from official or
non-official sources for his/her candidature.
(iii) A person (a) who has entered into or contracted a
marriage with a person having a
spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has
entered into or contracted a
marriage with any other person. Provided that the State
Government may, if
satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the
personal law applicable to
such person, exempt any person from the operation of this
rule.
(iv) A person who has been dismissed from the services of a
State or Central
Government or from the service of any Central or State
Government undertaking
or local body or other authority.
(v) A person who has been convicted for any offence in any
court of law.
(vi) A person who is involved in an offence involving moral
turpitude.

23) Suppression of material facts or withholding any factual
information in the
Application or Attestation form (which would be supplied to
the candidates declared
provisionally selected) will disqualify the candidate from
being considered for appointment.
In the event of any information being found false or
incorrect or ineligibility being detected at
any time even after appointment, he/she will be discharged
from service forthwith by the
appointing authority without giving any notice.
24) The candidates who are provisionally selected to the
posts mentioned above will be
appointed to the regular posts only on successful completion
of Induction training by the
concerned appointing authorities.
25) The candidates who were provisionally selected for the
post specified in this
notification and is an employee of Telangana State
Government / any other State Government
/ Central Government / any Government undertaking can join
training only after relief /
resignation in the earlier service.
26) Time limit for submission of attestation forms (or)
other relevant documents (or)
attend medical examination (or) join the training: The
applicants who are provisionally
selected for any one of the post specified in this
notification will be asked to submit an
attestation form, produce other relevant documents and
attend medical examination on a
specified date. The applicants who become eligible to be
sent for training will be asked to
join the training on a specified date. If any applicant
fails to respond and submit the necessary
form or document or attend the medical examination or join
the training on a specified date,
his/her provisional selection may be cancelled without prior
notice to the applicant.
27) Stipend and
Allowance: During the period of institutional training (regular as well
as extended) candidates shall be eligible for stipend as
fixed by the Government from time to
time. On successful completion of training, they will be
appointed in the regular post in the
Time Scale of Pay of Rs.16400-49870.
28) The employees who are appointed on or after 01-09-2004
are covered by the
Contributory Pension Scheme. The existing Pension Scheme as
per Revised Pension Rules,
1980 as applicable to the State of Telangana will not be
applicable to them.

29) SELECTION TSLPRB’S DECISION TO BE FINAL :
The decision of the
TSLPRB in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the
application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may
be, conduct of examination and at
all consequent stages culminating in the selection or
otherwise of any applicant shall be final
in all respects. The TSLPRB also reserves its right to alter
and modify time and conditions
laid down in the notification for conducting the recruitment
at various stages up to selection,
duly intimating details thereof to all concerned, as
warranted by any unforeseen
circumstances arising during the course of this recruitment
process or as deemed necessary
by the TSLPRB at any stage of the recruitment.
