Applications are invited for the following posts:

Director (Processing & Product Development): 01 Post Qualifications: i). BE /B.Tech. in any discipline or Masters degree in Chemistry or equivalent. ii). Ten years experience in Rubber Processing or Technology / Engineering services/ Quality control in natural rubber of which five years as Head of a Division. Asst Accounts Officer (OBC/ST): 02 Posts Qualifications: Pass in final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Or Bachelors degrees in any discipline with pass in Section Officers Grade Examination / Junior Accounts Officers Grade examination conducted by Comptroller& Auditor General of India. Or Bachelors degree with pass in the intermediate examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost &Works Accountants of India with six years experience or M.Com. with Advanced Accountancy / Cost Accountancy as special subject with eight years experience in maintenance of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements in a Government / Statutory Body / Public sector Undertaking/ Public/private Limited companies or in a firm of Chartered Accountants / cost Accountants in accounting / auditing.  Statistical Assistant: 01 Post Qualifications: Masters degree in Statistics / Agricultural Statistics / Econometrics or equivalent. Scientific Assistant (OBC): 03 Posts Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Botany / Chemistry / Zoology or equivalent. Farm Assistant: 07 Posts Qualifications: i). Pass in SSLC or equivalent. ii). Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Natural Rubber Production. Or Vocational Higher Secondary (Agriculture) from a Government / recognised institute or equivalent. Farm Assistant (NE Sector): 07 Posts Qualifications: i). Pass in SSLC or equivalent. ii). Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Natural Rubber Production OR Vocational Higher Secondary (Agriculture) from a Government / recognised institute or equivalent. Rubber Tapping Demonstrator: 07 Posts Qualifications: i). Pass in SSLC or equivalent. ii). Proficiency certificate in tapping issued by Rubber Board. iii). Three years experience in tapping in rubber as evidenced by certificate issued by authorized signatory of Rubber Producers societies / large estates / companies . Rubber Tapping Demonstrator (NE Sector): 06 Posts Qualifications: i). Pass in SSLC or equivalent. ii). Proficiency certificate in tapping issued by Rubber Board. iii). Three years experience in tapping in rubber as evidenced by certificate issued by authorized signatory of Rubber Producers societies / large estates / companies.  Rubber Tapping Demonstrator (Andaman’s): 01 Post Qualifications: i). Pass in SSLC or equivalent. ii). Proficiency certificate in tapping issued by Rubber Board. iii). Three years experience in tapping in rubber as evidenced by certificate issued by authorized signatory of Rubber Producers societies / large estates / companies.  Junior Assistant: 23 Posts Qualifications: i). Pass in 12th class or equivalent qualification. ii). A typing speed of 30w.p.m in English on manual typewriter or 35w.p.m in computer. (35w.p.m and 30w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each words). Junior Assistant: 05 PostsQualifications: i). Pass in 12th class or equivalent qualification. ii). A typing speed of 30w.p.m in English on manual typewriter or 35w.p.m in computer (35w.p.m and 30w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each words).
