Qualification: Post Graduation in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Work, Rural Management with experience.
2. Assistant (Placements): 04 Posts
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate. Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferably in Government department.

 Report to
Commissioner of
Tribal Welfare/
Managing Director,
TRICOR on regular
basis.
 Coordinate with
ITDAs and other
stakeholders.
 Understand the
market potential with
respect to ITDA
youth.
 Identify suitable
training agencies.
 Lead and achieve
organization goals
and targets.
 Recruit suitable staff
wherever required.
 Represent the
department and top
management at
various events and
meetings.
 Complete
responsibility of allhave been in
development sector
and should have
handled a top
management
position.
5. Experience in rural
development or
forest management
will be given
preference.
6. In-depth knowledge
and committed
towards the
development sector.
7. Proven experience in
project
management,
formulation of
budgets and building
network.
8. Willing and able to
travel extensively.
9. Good oral and
written
communication skills
in English and
Telugu.

trainees.
 Conducting post
placement survey.
 Documenting the
reports.
 Feedback to the
Management.
Total 5II. Selection : Shortlisting of eligible candidates may be based on marks
in prescribed qualification, number of years of relevant
experience and other preferences mentioned in the
notification. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed
to attend for selection process which may include
test/interview or both.
III. Tenure : The post is purely temporary and contractual in nature.
Contract will be issued for a period of 1 year.
