RECRUITMENT FOR PROJECT
Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project undertaken in the Department of Electrical Engineering of this Institute. The positions are temporary initially for a period of  1 Year  and tenable only for the duration of the project. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below:
Project Code, Project Title & Funding Agency 10MNRE001 : "National Centre for Photovoltaic Research and Education (NCPRE)" (Ministry of New And Renewable Energy)   Position & Salary Lab Attendant (1 Post ) Consolidated salary Rs.9500/- p.m. Qualification HSC with 6 yrs experience in handling lab work & should have min 6 months experience in machine cleaning, handling & maintaining Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FESEM) Job Profile Provide assistance in operating SEM   Position & Salary Project Assistant (1 Post ) Consolidated salary Rs.14000/- p.m. Qualification Bachelors Degree with knowledge of computer application with 2 year experience & should have experience in Handling National / International workshops, courses for government institutions on Photovoltaic technology as well as logistics related to courses . Job Profile Project related administrative work, coordinating courses for industry and college participants in the area of Photovoltaic Technology.   Position & Salary Project Attendant (Cons) (1 Post ) Consolidated salary Rs.9500/- p.m. Qualification H.S.C and computer knowledge with 2 year experience & should have experience in Assembling and packing of Solar lab kit. Job Profile General office work. Assembly and packing of Solar lab kit.   Position & Salary Research Engineer (1 Post ) Consolidated salary Rs.28000/- p.m. Qualification PhD in Physics/ Chemistry with 6 months experience. Job Profile Research in the area of Photovoltaic Technology.   Position & Salary Sr. Technical Assistant (1 Post ) Consolidated salary Rs.21000/- p.m. Qualification A Master/Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering and 6 months SEM experience work experience is necessary. A minimum of six months concentrated hands-on SEM experience and the ability to operate the SEM and maintain project/protocol focus for long periods of time. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the principles of Electron Microscopy to provide images with good resolution and to prevent or recognize equipment vs. samples issues with respect to resolution. The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the project. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
