Technical Manager Qualifications: 7+ years experience with server side Java technologies including J2EE, Struts, Servlets, JSPs, JSP tags, JDBC. 3+ years of technical leadership / architect experience demonstrated through a proven record of delivering high quality challenging projects is essential, preferably on software products. Overall 10+ years of experience working in a professional software development environment, preferably on software Product Development. Associate Live Study Manager Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant work experience preferred, including but not limited to; working in a customer service related environment; working with IVR or RTSM; working in a clinical trials environment. Excellent communication skills, ability to provide excellent customer service. Exposure to database preferably Oracle, proficiency in MS-Office.
