The following posts are to be filled on contract for MACP; a World Bank funded Govt. of
Maharashtra Project at in Project Office in Pune. The Project period is for six years (Jan 2011
to Dec 2016) and the contractual period will be of one year which can be extended further. The
posts are as Follows.

Eligible Candidates who wish to apply should send written application in prescribed

1. MACP reserves the right for increasing / decreasing the requirement of post and number of posts.
2. The appointment of Market Field Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer (Individual Consultant) and
Accountant could be at the at the District level as per the requirements of MACP.
3. The Posts Accountant shall be filled purely on contractual basis & all other posts appointments filled
on as Individual Consultant.
4. In all the cases, the contract will be initially for a period of 1 year only and contract may be extended by
one year each time up to closure of the project, provided the performance is found to be satisfactory.
5. In no case the contract shall be extended beyond the period of 6 years/ closure of the project.
6. The candidates selected shall not be absorbed in Government or in Maharashtra State Agricultural
Marketing Board under any circumstances after the period of contract is over.
7. Candidate selected for the post of Market Field Engineers/Junior engineer is liable to be posted in the
Nagpur, Wardha, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Bhandara, Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Nashik,
Satara, Sangali, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Raigad & Thane district of MACP and they will have to work at the
place of posting. They will have to undertake extensive touring in the geographical area allotted to
them for their work in about one / two districts. The right of posting of the candidate is reserved.
8. Candidates selected for all the posts will have to work under the overall control of the Managing
Director MSAMB & Head PIU (MSAMB), MACP, Pune and under the direct control of any other officer as
directed / decided by the Managing Director MSAMB, MACP, Pune.
9. Candidate must mention the name of the post applied on the top of the envelope.

Qualification Diploma in Civil Engineer
Experience Five years of experience in Civil Engineering construction works-supervision of
building construction works and preparation of bills for civil works.
Salary Consolidated per month- Rs. 25,000/-

Govt/ Semi Govt/Co-operative/ Private Sector which should include at least 2 years
experience of supervision of Building construction works.
