Applications are invited for the following posts:

Senior Engine Driver (Steam/Motor): 07 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). Certificate of Competency as Sea going Engine Driver. Not less than 2 years service on a vessel having not less than 700 B.H.P. as incharge. Engine Driver-I (Steam/Motor): 12 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). Certificate of Competency as first class Engine Driver, not less than two years service on a vessel of not less than 225 B.H.P. as Incharge. Engine Driver-II: 13 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). Certificate of Competency as Engine Driver 2nd class. Two years service as a Syrang/ Tindal on a vessel over 400 B.H.P. Master Oil Tanker: 03 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). Certificate of Master first class I.S.V. At least two years experience of independently handling of a vessel of not less than 30 nominal horse power. Master Gr.-I: 06 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). Certificate of Master first class I.S.V. At least two years experience of independently handling of not less than 30nominal horse power. Syrang of Lascar: 14 posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). Certificate of Syrang I.S.V. Experience of not less than 2 years as Syrang-in-Charge of a vessel of 20 horse power. Tindel of Lascar: 08 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). 03 years service on a Ship/Craft. Lascar First Class (Boat Crew): Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). 03 years service on a Ship/Craft. Fireman: 20 posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). 03 years service in a sea going Vessel. Greaser: 04 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). 03 years service in a sea going Vessel. Topass: 01 Post Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent. ii). Must know swimming. Electrical Fitter /SKL: 21 Posts Engine Fitter/SKL: 10 Posts Qualifications: i). Matriculation or equivalent from recognised Institute/ Board with knowledge of English. ii). should have completed Apprenticeship Training in the trade Or iii). Mechanic or equivalent with two years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of Army, Navy and Air Force.
