FILLING IN POSTS ON CONTRACT BASIS
1. Haryana State AIDS Control Society intends to fill following posts for setting up of Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST) centres in Govt. Health Care Facilities for Injecting Drug Users in Jind, Sirsa, Rewari, Hisar districts on contractual basis for one year. The posts are purely temporary and can be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance against deliverables specified in the contract. These posts are Project tied for National AIDS Control Programme Phase III- year 2007 to 2012. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The first three months of appointment will be the probation period during which the work and conduct will be assessed and in case of unsatisfactory performance the contract shall be terminated by the appointing authority without assigning any reason. The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), MHFW, Govt. of India guidelines issued from time to time:-

The applicants should have passed Hindi up to Matric.
The no. of posts are subject to increase/decrease. The age limit is 21 years to 62 years.
The reservation policy of Govt. of Haryana will be enforced.
The posts are for Jind, Sirsa, Rewari and Hisar districts. The posts are district specific & non-transferable. The candidates with same district will be given preference.
The remuneration will be start from the lower band of the range.
In case of retired govt. servants the remuneration will be restricted to emoluments last drawn minus pension.
Desirous candidates should send their applications along with attested copies of certificates/ testimonials / Experience Certificate and one recently attested passport size photograph at the address given above so as to reach by 17.00 hours on 24th Oct.. 2013 in the concerned offices of concerned Civil Surgeon of the District. Original Certificates/ Testimonials
