Gujarat Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Special Investment Regional
Development Authority having area of 453 sq.km. is a statutory Regional Development
Authority with 33 villages of Taluka Vagra and 11 villages of Taluka Bharuch constitutes
under the provisions of Gujarat Special Investment Region Act, 2009 of the Govt. of
Gujarat and is in the business of development of GPCP Special Investment Region by
carrying out the surveys of preparation of Development Plan, preparation of Town
Planning Schemes under the provisions of Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development
Act, 1976 providing civic amenities, roads and social infrastructure and to control the
activities in accordance with the Development Plan/ Town Planning Schemes and to bring
aesthetic efficiency and economy in the process of development of RDA area.

GIDC is the nodal agency of the Government of Gujarat, involved in building the
industrial backbone of the state through development of suitable locations for industrial
purposes.

Looking at the pace of the development of Authority, RDA & GIDC have decided to take
services of manpower for planning and related development work on contractual basis for
period of one year at Gandhinagar and Dahej / Bharuch.

All candidates must have sound knowledge of AutoCAD and should be efficient in
working on it. The above mentioned posts are purely on contract basis for period 1 year.
