Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, invites applications for admission into the following courses for the academic year 2013-14 from the eligible candidates through online:
The candidate has to apply in separate application form for each course –
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy i.e., BPT
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology i.e., B.Sc. (MLT)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing i.e., B.Sc. (Nursing) 4Yeras Degree course
Eligibility for BPT Course:
Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry or Intermediate Vocational (Physiotherapy) or Inter with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2013
Eligibility for B.Sc. (MLT) Course:
Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry or Intermediate Vocational (Medical Lab Technology) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Inter with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2013
Eligibility for B.Sc. (Nursing) 4YD Course:
1.The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
2.Minimum Education:
a. 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/ English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks.
b. 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent Board.
c. 10+2 examination in Science conducted by national Institute of open School.
3. Students shall be medically fit.
Age: Candidates born on or after 02.01.1997 are not eligible for admission into the above courses
Registration Fee: Rs.850/- for OC / BC and Rs.650/- for SC / ST Candidates for each course separately in the form through State Bank of India challan.
How to apply:
The candidate should submit the printout of the online application form along with SBI Challan original and the copies of required certificates attested by the Gazetted Officer and either by post or in person on or before 07.11.2013 by 5.00 PM to “The Convener, Under Graduate Admissions Committee - 2013.Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada – 520 008”. The candidate should clearly super scribe on the cover the name of the course applied containing application form
