1. General Ability :
In order to be eligible for engagement to the above post, a candidate must fulfill the following conditions.
a ) Shall be a citizen of India (b) Shall have good moral character(c) Must not have more than one spouse
living. (d ) Shall be of good health, good physique, active habits and far from any organic defect or body
deformity (not applicable in case of persons with disability).(e) Must be able to speak, read and write odiya
and have (1) passed a language test in odiya equivalent to middle school standard (2) H.S.C or equivalent
examination with odiya as language subject in the final examination of Class-VIII and above or (3) passed a
test in Odiya in m.E School standard by the Education Department of the state govt (f) Shall possess the
requisite qualification as shown above.
2. AGE LIMIT: The candidate must not be less than 21 years as on 01.01.2013
3. DOCUMENT TO BE SENT ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:
a ) Self Attested photocopy of HSC or equivalent and mark sheet (b) Self Attested photocopy of 10+2 or
equivalent certificate and mark sheet/Self Attested photocopy of Degree certificate and mark sheet (c) One
recent self attested colour Photograph (3.5 cm X4.5 cm size) duly attested in front side should be affixed at
the space provided. (d) Self attested Certificate of experience issued from the previous / current employer.(e)
In case of persons with disability self-attested copy of identity card issued by competent authority. (f)
Attested photo copies of all the mark sheets and board/university certificates in proof of the claim made by
the candidate relating to his/her educational qualification. (g) Separate application form for each individual
post must be submitted along with attested photo copy of all the mark sheet and certificates. (h) elf Attested
copies of Caste certificate and other certificates in proof of the claim made should be attached with the
application.
