Handbook of Information (HBI)/Prospectus containing relevant information can be obtained from the office of the Director, University Centre for Distance Learning, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa-125055 (Haryana) on cash payment of Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- for SC/BC/PH/SBC/Economically Backward persons from General Castes of Haryana) at counter or from authorized Study Centre & Spot Admission Form Collection Centre.  The application form can be downloaded from the website www.cdlu.in and be sent to the Director (UCDL) along with application fee of Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- for SC/BC/PH/SBC/Economically Backward persons from General Castes of Haryana).

Applications are invited from colleges/academic institutions to be Spot Admission Form Collection Centre (within and outside the State of Haryana) of University Centre for Distance Learning, CDLU, Sirsa.
