Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to the posts of 1.State Coordinator (at
Hyderabad), 2. Data Processing Assistants (at Hyderabad-2, District HQs-23) to work in the office of
Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths and District Registrar of Births and Deaths purely on contract
basis for a maximum period of one year for monitoring work on Civil Registration System and field
work in Rural and Urban areas.

2. Eligibility
State Coordinator – Post Graduate with statistics / Bio-Statistics /
Health Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Commerce /
Computer Science / IT / Social Science / Sociology or Graduate in
any branch of engineering.
Data Processing Assistant – Graduation from any recognized
University. Non-Computer degree candidates must have diploma /
certificate in computers / IT for minimum duration of one year from
any recognized institute / Organization.
3 Age
Maximum age limit not to exceed 36 years as on 01-07-2013 (for
SC/ST/BC maximum age will be relaxed for 5 years).

Submission of filled in
applications
Filled in applications shall be submitted to the Director of Public
Health and Family Welfare & Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths,
Andhra Pradesh, Koti, Hyderabad – 500095 through online
11.11.2013, 5:00 PM and get a printout of the same application
from the web site and submit along with necessary enclosures and
self addressed duly stamped envelope by post on or before 16-11-
2013 by 5 PM.
