1. ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
A. On Contractual Basis (through Walk-in-Interview):
Essential:
Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in UGC seven-point scale
alongwith a good academic record.
OR
Five years of experience as Assistant Professor/Lecturer in a college or a University or an autonomous
institution with experience in educational administration.
Desirable: Three years of experience as a Section Officer / Superintendent in Central / State University
offices.
Age: Not more than 45 years
B. On Deputation Basis (as per the standard terms & conditions of Govt. of India):
Officers holding analogus posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in the Pay Band: Rs.9300-
34800/- and Grade Pay: Rs. 4600/- from the Central/State Government, Universities and other
autonomous organizations.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years
2. SECTION OFFICER
A. On Contractual Basis (through Walk-in-Interview):
Essential:
i) Graduate in any discipline.2 | P a g e
ii) Knowledge of Computer Application.
iiii) 5 years experience as Superintendent / Sr. Asst. in a State/ Central/ Deemed University/ Affiliated or
Autonomous College/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous organisation/ Multinational organisation/
Government.
Age: Not more than 40 years
B. On Deputation Basis (as per the standard terms & conditions of Govt. of India):
Officers holding analogous post on regular basis or with three years regular service in the Pay
Band-2 (9300-34800) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent in the Central/State Governments,
Universities or autonomous organizations and possess the qualifications and experience as above
mentioned in 2(A).
Age: Not exceeding 40 years
3. ASSISTANT:
Essential:
a. A Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point
scale.
b. 3 years Experience as UDC / in a State / Central / University /Affiliated College/Public Sector Undertaking
/Autonomous organisation/Multinational organisation/Government.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years
4. UPPER DIVISION CLERK
Essential:
A Graduate or its equivalent with at least 3 years experience as Lower Division Clerk or equivalent in a
State / Central / University/ Deemed Affiliated or Autonomous College/ Public Sector Undertaking/
Autonomous organisation/ Multinational organisation/ Government.
Age: Not more than 35 years
5. INFORMATION SCIENTIST
Essential:
(i) First Class B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science Degree/ Information Technology) or equivalent
OR
(ii) First Class Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent.
Desirable:
Two years of relevant experience

6. SENIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Essential:
M.Sc. in relevant Science Subject
OR
B.E. / B.Tech. in relevant subject
Desirable:
3 years experience in handling of sophisticated equipments in the relevant field
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Note: Appointed STA may be deployed in the Departments of Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology,
Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Physics, Computer Science, Computer Science &
Engineering etc.
7. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Essential :
a. Diploma in Laboratory Technology or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
b. Two years experience as Laboratory Technician with familiarity in handling sophisticated equipment.
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
8. LABORATORY ASSISTANT
Minimum Qualifications:
a. B.Sc. with Chemistry/Physics/Biology/Computer Science/ BCA/ relevant subject
OR
Diploma of 3 years in the relevant field
Desirable: Certificate course in instrumentation or experience of handling sophisticated
instruments or good knowledge of computer maintenance.
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
9. SYSTEM ANALYST
Essential:
First class ME/ M.Tech (Computer Science Engineering-CSE/Information Technology-IT)
OR
MCA with 2 years experience in relevant field
OR
M.Sc. (Computer Science) with 3 years experience in relevant field
OR
First Class B.Tech/ B.E. Engg.(Computer Science/ Information Technology) or equivalent relevant degree
with 3years relevant experience (please specify in brief)

10. ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL/ ELECT.)
A. On Contractual Basis (through Walk-in-Interview):
Essential:
a. A degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience supervising Civil works in any State /
Central/Deemed University/Affiliated or Autonomous College/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous
Organisation/Multinational Organisation/Government or as a Govt. approved Contractor.
Age: Not more than 40 years
B. On Deputation Basis (as per the standard terms & conditions of Govt. of India):
Officers of the CPWD /State Government PWD services or similar organized services /Semi Government /
PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization/ University System:-
Holding analogous post on regular basis;
OR
3 years regular service as Junior Engineer possessing a degree in Engineering in the relevant area;
OR
5 years of regular service as Junior Engineer possessing Diploma in Engineering in the relevant area.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years
11. JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL/ ELECT.)
Essential:
A Degree in Civil /Electrical Engineering with at least one year experience or a Diploma in Civil / Electrical
Engineering with at least three years experience in supervision of erection / maintenance of Civil/Electrical
works.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years
Note: The candidate having qualification in the field of Commerce and relevant experience will be given
preferences for some positions of Section Officer, Assistant and UDC.
