Educational Qualification:

UG – B.Tech/B.E. – All Branches – With the knowledge of C, OOOPs Concepts, HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP and MySQL

PG – M.Tech – All Branches / MCA - With the knowledge of C, OOOPs Concepts, HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP and MySQL

Eligibility

• 2012/2013 Batch

• 60% with no current backlogs

• Outside Kerala Students are also Eligible

Salary And Terms :

• 9,000/- stipend during training period and 12,000/- -15,000/- after training based on performance
• An employment bond needs to be signed on the joining date for Three years. In the event of breaking the employment with the Company before the expiry of the 3 (three) years, candidate shall be liable to pay to the Company an amount of Rs. 1,25,000.
• Candidate should have cleared all the subjects in the first attempt and there should be no history of backlogs
• Original education certificates (all) needs to be given for verification on interview day and should be submitted on the date of joining.

Job Description:

• Learn technologies & solutions that Bhea specializes in through a combination of self-study and classroom training.
• Develop capability to maintain, customize and install software, such as, SugarCRM, Asterisk CTI, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL databases, etc.
• Assist in testing software built by others, as well as, assist sales team in fielding technical questions during pre-sales.
• Develop proficiency in oral and written communication, and ultimately, be responsible for engaging customers directly during development and support phases of the projects.
• To observe decorum and abide by company’s culture, ethics and reporting hierarchy at all times.

• Selected candidates should come to Bangalore for final discussion and joining immediately.
