Besides Basic Pay and Dearness Allowance, selected candidates will be entitled for Jaduguda Allowance, Attendance Bonus, Transport subsidy or RLTE for two wheelers, Night Shift Allowance, Production Incentive, House Rent Allowance/Subsidised Quarter(subject to availability) as applicable for the post. Benefits such as Leave, Medical treatment, Gratuity etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules in force.
Service Agreement Bond : Selected candidates against the post at Sl.No.01, 02, 03 & 04 will have to execute a bond of surety at the time of joining to serve the company for a minimum period of 03(Three) years after successful completion of training period(if absorbed by the Corporation).
Medical Examination : Before joining service, the shortlisted candidate will have to undergo initial medical examination and subject to be found fit by the Company’s Medical Officer as per the Medical Attendance Rules of the company.

Other Terms and Conditions : Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test/Trade Test & Interview at the discretion of the Company. The candidates who are applying for the post of Trainee(ST/MT Operator) must have a good physique and willing to work in Underground Mines. During the period of training they will have to acquire a valid License for driving Heavy Vehicle and submit the same at Central Personnel without any delay i.e. 60 days from the date of issue of the license.
Management reserves the right to consider the candidature of candidate if found suitable fulfilling other laid down criteria but having less number of years of experience which is below 06(Six) years will be considered as Boiler-cum-Compressor Attendant-A.
