A walk-in interview will be held for the selection of two Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
on purely temporary basis for the DST funded research project “Device Design and
Optimization of Complementary Tunnel FETs for Low Power Applications and
Their Variability Study” under the supervision of Prof. Abhijit Mallik, Department of
Electronic Science.
Date of Interview: December 03, 2013 at 12:30 p.m.
Venue: Office of the Head, Department of Electronic Science, University of Calcutta, 92,
A.P.C Road, Kolkata-700 009
Essential Qualification: M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or
equivalent. B. Tech./M.Sc. in Electronics with GATE/NET qualification may also be
considered eligible.
Desirable: A good background in CMOS Device and Technology.
Tenure: Initially one year but likely to be continued till the end of the project (September
2016).
Emoluments: T.E. Rs. 23,700/- p.m. for M.Tech. and Rs.21,100/- for M.Sc./B.Tech.
Interested candidates may appear in the interview with two sets of applications
furnishing CV on plain paper with attested copies of testimonials (originals are also
required for verifications).
No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the interview.
