Recruitment Advertisement – Contract Appointment Recruitment of  Laboratory Technical Assistants on Short Term Contract Basis
Applications are invited from interested candidates for the post of Laboratory Technical Assistants at IISER Thiruvananthapuram Qualification and experience: ·         First class in MSc (Biology) with one year (preferably more) of research experience in       Academic/Research Institutions or B Tech/B.E in Instrumentation or Electronics or Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics with one year experience. ·         Age limit: Below 35 years.   ·         Number of positions : 04 nos -  03 (UR) , 01 (OBC)
·         Job Profile: Assisting undergraduate students in Biology laboratory courses, day-to-day laboratory maintenance, organizing lab essentials in the undergraduate and research laboratories etc
Terms of employment: ·         The positions are purely on short term temporary contract basis. ·         Remuneration : Rs. 15, 000/- (consolidated per month)                             ·         Selected candidates will have to join duty immediately ie within one week.
