WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Candidates who possess qualifications mentioned below may attend the WALK-IN INTERVIEW
between 10-00 AM AND 12.00 NOON on 30.11.2013 with all the original certificates, including
Community Certificate and recent passport size photograph for the following posts to work under the
Project entitled “Comparative assessment of the efficacy of two rounds of indoor residual spraying
with DDT 75% @ one g/m2
and DDT 50% @ one g/m2
against, Anopheles fluviatillis, the malaria vector
in Odisha State” funded by ICMR’s Vector Science Forum at Vector Control Research Centre, Field
Station, Hati Line, At/PO & Dist. Koraput, Odisha – 764 020.

FIELD ATTENDANT : 3 (THREE)
1. Educational Qualification : High School/Matric/equivalent from a recognized board
2. Nature of duties : Assisting in Entomological collections and processing; Field
Survey for data collection on insecticide spraying including
spray coverage and quality; mosquito bioassays.
3. Consolidated Salary : Rs.12,600/- per month
4. Age limit : Between 18 to 25 years (as on the date of Walk-in-Interview)
and relaxable for SC/ST and OBC candidates, as per Govt. of
India rules in force.
5. Venue : Vector Control Research Centre, Field Station, Hati Line,
At/PO & Dist. Koraput, Odisha – 764 020.
Candidates who wish to appear for the Walk-in-Interview can download the application format given in
the Web Site of Vector Control Research Centre (www.vcrc.res.in). Duly filled in application along with
the attested copies of certificates by the Gazetted Officer should be submitted at the time of interview.
Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside influence with
regard to selection shall be a disqualification and such candidates will not be entertained. No TA/DA will
be paid for attending the interview.
