Part time PhD in Nursing Indian Nursing Council

APPLICATION INVITED UNDER NATIONAL CONSORTIUM FOR Ph.D IN NURSING

• For the entrance test there are two examination center namely Delhi and Bangalore.
• Please take a print out of admit card in A/4 Size thick paper (Like Certificate paper).

Application are invited from candidates for enrolment for part time Ph.D. in Nursing. 
Detailed Prospectus application form & admit card on website is placed. 

Number of seats = 15 (Subject to Change)

1. A) ELIGIBILITY:
   Applications are invited from eligible candidates who have obtained:-
   • M.Phil (Nursing) or M.Sc (Nursing) or a Post Graduate degree in nursing recognized by INC with 3 years teaching or Clinical Experience, for enrolment for Ph.D. in Nursing (part-time) under Faculty of Nursing RGUHS.
   • The candidates should have passed M.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 60% marks.
   • Candidates working in Teaching Institution/Hospital/Community Centre.
   B) CRITERIA FOR SELECTION: Selection for the Ph.D. Programme will be based on:
   • i. Merit in the entrance test (90 marks). Minimum pass marks for Entrance is 54%.
   • ii. Candidates Possessing  M.Phil* in nursing (5 marks).
   • iii. Publications* (5 marks).
   
   *Shall be submitted alongwith application form
   
   C) Selection will be made by the Ph.D. consortium and the decision of the consortium shall be final.
    
2. APPLICATION FORM FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:

   The prescribed application form may be downloaded from www.indiannursingcouncil.org. The duly filled in application form may be submitted along with D.D of Rs. 2500/- drawn in favour of Nodal officer, payable at Bengaluru.
