The following posts are urgently required to be filled for the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India funded project entitled "Computational Core for Plant Metabolomics" administrated by Prof Indira Ghosh,  School of Computational and Integrative Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi-110 067

01	Research Associate	PhD in Bioinformatics/ computational biology/ Biophysics/ Physical Chemistry /Computer Science. Computational experience is a necessary qualification proven by paper published.	Chemical scaffold mapping, in silico Spectral analysis, Biological Data Designing & Integration. Individual is responsible to develop the method, Testing and refining, Integration with LIMS with IIIT Hyderabad.	01	23000 + 30%
02	Research Associate	PhD in Computational Biology/Bioinformatics & related subjects. Computational experience is a necessary qualification proven by paper published.	Systems Biology/Pathway analysis and data integration in biological database.  Individual is responsible to develop the method, validation and integration with IIIT Hyderabad, (other partner).	01	23000 + 30%
03	Junior  Research Fellow	MSc/BTech Preferably in Computational Biology /Bioinformatics and related fields. Experience in Website designing & maintenance of Database.	Website designer  & data collection Individual is responsible for program development associated with systems biology, network & pathway analysis in plant biology.	01	12000+30%
04	Junior  Research Fellow	MSc/MCA/BTech Preferably in Computational Biology /Computer science. Experience in Programming in Java / Python, C++ etc. & designing of Database.	Programming requirement of the project. Individual is responsible to design website relevant to Metabolomics.	01	12000+30%

For the position #1& #2 the candidates who have submitted thesis are allowed to APPLY, however salary will be provided as per DBT/DST guidelines. Candidates who have qualified NET /BET / BINC will have higher pay scale as per DBT/DST guidelines.
