i) Recruitment to Thirty Eight (38) Temporary Posts of Dental Surgeon (Class-II) in Health Department, Haryana, out of which Seven (7) Posts are reserved for Scheduled Castes of Haryana, Four (4) Posts for Backward Classes of Haryana, Two (2) Post for Ex-Servicemen of Haryana, Two (2) Posts for Special Backward Classes of Haryana and Two (2) Posts for Economically Backward Persons in the General Caste Category of Haryana Only.
1. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB II) + Rs. 5400 GP + NPA
2. Age:- A candidate should not be below 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 24.12.2013 (Closing Date)
3. Essential Qualifications:-
(i) Bachelor of Dental Surgery or Licensiate in Dental Science or Licensiate in Dental Surgery of a recognized university.
(ii) Registered as Dental Surgeon on Part „A‟of the Dentists Act, 1948.
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
ii) One Permanent Post of Chief Labour Welfare Officer, in Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd., in Power Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800+ 5400/- Grade Pay.
2. Age:- A candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years. The age and qualification and experience etc. will be determined as on 24.12.2013 (closing date).
(i) The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for economically BC candidates of Haryana.
(ii) In the case of employees of DHBVN, UHBVNL, HVPNL & HPGCL age limit is relaxable to the extent of service rendered by them in these organizations provided they apply through proper channel. The upper age is also relaxable in the case of Ex-servicemen to the extent of Military Service rendered by them by adding three years service subject to the possessing the requisite certificate of as deem fit.

3. Essential Qualifications: -
(i) Graduate from any university recognized by the State Government of Haryana.
(ii) LLB (Professional) from any university recognized by the State Government of Haryana.
(iii) Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations or Personnel Management from any university/Institutional recognized by the State Government of Haryana.
(iv) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
(v) Five years experience in Labour Welfare Industrial Relations in Govt./Semi-Govt./Private Industry Employing not less than 1000 employees.
iii) Recruitment to one temporary post of Assistant Director Archives (Group ‘B’) unreserved in Archives Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 4200/- Grade Pay
2. Age : A candidate should not be below 25 years and not more than 40 years as on 24.12.2013 (closing date) of on line submission of application forms.
3. Essential Qualifications:
1. M.A., Second Division, in History from a recognized University
2. Diploma in Archives Keeping
3. Three years experience in Archives work in a Government Department/University or any institution dealing with Archives work but not less than the grade of Assistant Archivist or its equivalent
4. Knowledge of Hindi /Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
iv) Recruitment to one temporary Post of Curator (Group-B) (Unreserved) in Archaeology & Museums Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 4200/- Grade Pay
2. Age: Not below 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 15.11.2013 (on or before the 15th day of the month next preceding the last date of submission of the application to the Commission).
3. Essential Qualifications:
1. Second Class M.A. in Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology (with Archaeology Group) from a recognized University.
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Archaeology.
3. Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
Preferential :-
a. Research Experience with published research work in the field of Archaeology.
b. Field experience and practical Training in Numismatic and Epigraphy.
c. Sanskrit upto B.A. standard.
Note:- Candidates who have applied in response to earlier Advertisement No. 2 (viii) published on 20.10.2012 and who are otherwise eligible, need not to apply again, their previous applications will be considered.
v) Six posts of Distt Welfare Officer Class-II (Group-B) in Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes Department, Haryana. Out of which one post is reserved for Backward Classes and one post for ESM of Haryana Only.
1. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800+Rs. 4600 Grade Pay
2. Age: A Candidate should not be below 30 years and not more than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2013.
3. Essential Qualifications : -
(i) Master degree from a recognized University in Social work or Sociology or Economics.
(ii) Five years field experience in the Development or Welfare Department of the Central or any state Govt.
(iii) Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
vi) Recruitment to Two posts of Distt Social Welfare Officer (Group-B) in Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Haryana. Out of which one post is reserved for Backward Classes of Haryana Only.
1. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800+Rs. 4200 Grade Pay
2. Age: A Candidate should not be below 21 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 24.12.2013 (Closing date).
3. Essential Qualifications: -
(i) Master degree in Social work from a recognized University.
(ii) Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
vii) Recruitment to One permanent post of Scientific Engineer (B) Class II (Group–B) in Science and Technology Department, Haryana. The post is reserved for Scheduled Castes candidates of Haryana Only.
1. Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800+Rs. 5400/- GP
2. Age: Candidate should not be below 25 years and not more than 40 years age as on 24.12.2013 (Closing date) relaxable upto 45 years of Scheduled Castes candidates of Haryana Only.
3. Essential Qualifications:
(i) Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, Bio-Technology or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks. OR
M.Sc in Pure Science or Applied Sciences (Excluding Humanities and Social Sciences) or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks.
(ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
Experience Desirable:-
Experience in formulating and implementing and examining the techno-economic viabilities of various projects related to Science and Technology sector including coordination and implementation of such projects between different user agencies at State or Central level.
viii) Recruitment to One temporary post of Editor Tamir-E-Haryana (Urdu) (Group-B) (Unreserved) in Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay : PB 9300-34800+ GP 4800/- + 200/- Spl. Pay.
2. Age: - A candidate should not be less than 17 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 24.12.2013 (Closing date).
3. Essential Qualifications:
(A) (i) M.A (Urdu).
(ii) Five years experience with a newspaper or magazine having minimum certified circulation of at least 25,000.

3. Essential Qualifications:

(iii) 2 years experience in Planning, Development and implementation of Renewable Energy/ Energy Conservation Projects/ programmes in the Government Department/ Public Sector undertaking commercial organization of repute on the post of carrying pay scale not below the PB-2 9300-34800+3300 Grade Pay for equivalency the minimum average gross monthly pay in Private sector shall be Rs. 16000/-.
x) Recruitment to One regular post of Chief Manager Marketing (Class-I) (Un-reserved) in Haryana Seeds Development Corporation Limited.

(ii) Minimum 10 years experience out of which at least 5 years should be in a senior position in the field Semi Govt./ Cooperative Sector.
(iii) Desirable Diploma in Marking Management from a recognized University.

(i) Atleast 2nd Class Master‟s Degree in Statistics or Master‟s Degree in Economics with Statistics or Mathematics with Statistics or Agriculture Economics with Statistics from a recognized University/Institution.

10+2/B.A/M.A with Hindi as one of the subjects.
xiii) Recruitment to Six temporary posts of Assistant Soil Conservation Officer, Soil Testing Officer & Soil Survey Officer, HAS-II (Group-B) (Un-reserved) in Agriculture Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 4200/- Grade Pay.
2. Age: A Candidate should not be below 21 years and not more than 40 years age as on 01.11.2013 on or before the first day of the month next preceding the last date of submission of application to the Commission).

xiv) Recruitment to Seven temporary posts of Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer/Subject Matter Specialist/Agriculture Information Officer/Quality Control Inspector/Assistant Cane Development Officer/Assistant Plant Protection Officer etc. HAS-II (Group-B) (Un-reserved) in Agriculture Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 4200/- Grade Pay.
2. Age: A Candidate should not be below 21 years and not more than 40 years age as on 01.11.2013 (on or before the first day of the month next preceding the last date of submission of application to the Commission).

3. Essential Qualifications:-
(i) B.Sc. (Honours) Agriculture and 2nd Class M.Sc. Agriculture from a recognized University.

xv) Recruitment to One temporary post of Chief Finance & Accounts Officer (Class-I) (Un-reserved) in Haryana Seeds Development Corporation Limited.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600-39100 + Rs. 7600/- Grade Pay.
2. Age: A Candidate should not be below 17 years and not more than 45 years age as on 24.12.2013 (Closing date).
3. Essential Qualifications:-
(i) Commerce Graduate/ Chartered Accountant or SAS or Cost Accountant with 10 years experience in a responsible position in a Public undertaking or a public limited Company of repute.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.
xvi) Recruitment to One permanent post of Environmental Engineer (Group-A) reserved for SC of Haryana only in Haryana State Pollution Control Board in Environment Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay: Rs. 15600-39100 + Rs. 6000 Grade Pay.
2. Age: Candidate should not be below 17 years and not more than 40 years age as on 01.11.2013 relaxable upto 45 years of Scheduled Castes candidates of Haryana only.
3. Essential Qualifications:
i. Post Graduate degree in Engineering in 1st Division in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering with atleast six years experience in the Central Pollution Control Board or any State Pollution Control Board or in Govt. or reputed institute/Industry (Large & Medium) or the Central/State Govt. Undertaking.
OR
Bachelor in Engineering in 1st Division in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent with atleast eight years experience in the Central Pollution Control Board or any State Pollution Control Board or in Govt. or reputed institute/Industry (Large & Medium) or the Central/State Govt. Undertaking.
ii Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.
xvii) Recruitment to Three permanent posts of Mining Officer (Group-B) (unreserved) in Mines & Geology Department, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800 + Rs. 4600 Grade Pay.
2. Age: Candidate should not be below 21 years and not more than 40 years age as on 24.12.2013 i.e. last date for online submission of applications.
3. Essential Qualifications:
(i) B.SC. in Mining Engineering or Diploma in Mining Engineering from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or M.Sc. in Geology or equivalent qualification.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
xviii) Recruitment to Three Posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) (Group-B) in the Housing Board, Haryana.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 5400/- Grade Pay
2. Age: Not below 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 24.12.2013 (closing date of advertisement). The relaxation in upper age limit for Physically Handicapped (irrespective of the fact whether the post is reserved or not) Candidates is as per Haryana Govt. instructions.
3. Essential Qualifications:
Qualified Engineer with a degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institution with knowledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard.
Desirable :- Specialization in Structural Design.
xix) Recruitment to one permanent Post of Deputy General Manager (Procurement & Warehousing) (Class-I) (Unreserved) in Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited.
1. Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800+ Rs. 5400/- Grade Pay
2. Age: Not below 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 24.12.2013 (Closing date). The relaxation in upper age limit for Physically Handicapped (irrespective of the fact whether the post is reserved or not) Candidates is as per Haryana Govt. instructions.
3. Essential Qualifications:
a) MBA with basic Knowledge of Computer programming and MS Office.
b) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard.
General Clarifications:-
Five years relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST, BC and SBC of Haryana. (where the post is reserved).
1. The upper age limit is also relaxable upto 45 years for:
(i) Unmarried women candidates of Haryana only as per Govt. instructions.
(ii) Women whose husbands have been ordered by civil/criminal courts to pay maintenance to them; women whose husbands have remarried; widows; women who are legally separated from their husbands or have been divorced; women living separately from their husbands for more than two years because of desertion; wives of serving disabled military personnel and widows of those who were killed in action. Women living separately from their husbands due to desertion will be required to submit with her application, an affidavit to the effect that she has been deserted by her husband and has been living separately from him for more than two years and this affidavit should be countersigned by two responsible persons such as members of the Legislatures, Local Bodies including Panchayats and the Bar Association where however, a woman who has re-married she would not be eligible for the above concession in the matter of age.
2. Upper age limit is also relaxable for a military personnel (where the post is reserved) whether he joined military service before or after the declaration of emergency to the extent of his military service added by three years provided he had rendered continuous military service for a period of not less than six months before his release and further provided that he had been released otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency. A disabled military person is entitled to exclude from his age the period from the date he was disabled upto the date of his application or till the end of emergency i.e. 10-1-1968.
In case of non-availability of suitable Ex-Serviceman, childless widows and widows with minor children of deceased Ex-Servicemen and un-employed wives/dependent sons/daughters of the Ex-servicemen who fulfil all the conditions of eligibility i.e qualifications age etc. prescribed for posts in question will also be considered on merit against the posts reserved for them and this entitlement is available to one
dependent child and childless widows and widows with minor children or deceased, Ex-serviceman only.
3. The persons recruited from 1-1-1963 onwards as whole time Cadet Instructors in the N.C.C. and who are released after the expiry of their initial/extended tenure will also be entitled for relaxation in age limit for purpose of employment under the State Government. The period of service rendered by them in N.C.C. may be deducted from their actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the prescribed upper age limit of a particular post by more than three years, they may be deemed to be satisfying the conditions for appointment to that post in respect of the maximum age. Such of the whole time Cadet Instructors in N.C.C. who are released from the N.C.C. before expiry of their initial / extended tenure would also be given these concessions subject to the conditions that they have served in the N.C.C. for the period of not less than six months prior to their release from the N.C.C.
4. Relaxation in upper age limit is available to physically handicapped candidates of Haryana upto 10 years for the Scheduled Castes/Backward Castes candidates and upto 5 years for General Category candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit shall be applicable irrespective of the fact whether the post is reserved or not, provided the post is identified suitable for persons with disabilities.

6. The selected candidates must join duty immediately.
7. Haryana Government New Pension Scheme 2006 will be made applicable.
8. The eligibility of candidates with regards to qualifications and experience etc. is to be determined as on last date of submission of online application forms.
9. Incomplete Application Form i.e. without signature will be straightway rejected without entering into any correspondence.
10. The experience will only be counted after acquiring the basic minimum qualification.
11. Candidates serving under Union Government or other State Government will not be entitled to any benefit of their past service expect in case of their initial appointment under the Haryana Govt. by direct recruitment.
12. In order to be eligible for applying for these posts, a candidate should be:-
a) a citizen of India, or
b) a citizen of Nepal, or
c) a subject of Bhutan, or
d) A person of Indian origins who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar) with the intention of permanently settling in India:
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c) and (d) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been given by the Government of India and if he belongs to category (d) the certificate of eligibility will be issued for a period of one year after which such candidate will be retained in service subject to his having acquired Indian Citizenship.
13. The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidates to be called for interview. Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it is not convenient or possible for the Commission to interview all the candidates, the Commission may restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement or by holding a screening test or any method devised by the Commission.
