1. Interested and Eligible candidates are advised to report at the Main building
at UCE, OU at 10.00 AM on 31st August 2013 and fill up the relevant Application Form. 2. The Candidates need to submit the filled in Application Form alongwith the Registration fee of Rs.500/- at the Registration desk to be eligible for counseling. 3. Filling in Application form and Registration do not automatically guarantee
any admission to the student for any of the M.E./M.Tech. Programmes. 4. Eligibility Requirements: 4.1The candidate should have passed B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch of Engineering or its equivalent (equivalence as decided by Admission Committee) with minimum of 55% aggregate marks(50% marks for SC /ST) in qualifying examination. 4.2 The Admission for Sponsored category is only for the employees who
have put in TWO years of Service by 31-07-2013, working in
Industry / Education or research establishments and should be
sponsored by respective employers. 5. The candidates have to produce sponsorship letter and No objection
certificate from the employer at the time of counseling. 6. The Candidates have to bring all Original Certificates for counseling
alongwith full fee as detailed below: Fee Particulars : Rs.25000/- Tuition fee per semester Rs. 5500/- One Time Autonomous fee Rs. 1000/- Counseling fee (in Cash)Tuition fee and one time Autonomous fee amounting to Rs.30500/- should be paid in the forms of DD drawn in favour of “ The Principal, University College of Engineering, OU” payable at Hyderabad. 7. Hostel facility, Scholarship, fee reimbursement and fee exemption are not permissible. 8. List of documents to be produced at the time of counseling in original and
attested true copies. a) Four Passport size photographs. b) Degree/Provisional certificate B.E/B.Tech/AMIE/AMIETE
c) Memorandum of Marks of B.E/B.Tech/AMIE/AMIETE
d) Transfer certificate from the Institution last studied. e) Migration certificate (if applicable)
f) Community Certificate for SC, ST Candidates g) Sponsorship certificate and No objection certificate from employer h) Service certificate and permission letter from the employer/Sponsored. i) Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C. or its equivalent) 9. Preference will be given to the GATE qualified candidates followed by PGECET qualified candidates. After exhausting GATE/PGECET qualified
candidates, the candidates having aggregate percentage of marks obtained in
the qualifying examination will be considered for admission. 10.The University reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidate at any stage if and when it is detected that the admission is against rules or if it
is subsequently found that any of the statements made in the application is
incorrect and false. 11.An Admission Committee duly constituted by the College shall decide
about all the matters pertaining to admission during counseling and the
committee decision shall be final and binding. 12.Call for counseling does not guarantee any admission.
