A minimum of 65 percent marks OR a CPI/ CGPA of 6.5 (on the scale of 10.00) shall be required at the master’s level qualifying examination (M.Tech/ M.Des./ M.Sc., etc.). OR M.Tech./ ME in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline with minimum marks/ CPI in Qualifying Degree. A minimum of 65 percent marks OR a CPI/ CGPA of 6.5 (on the scale of 10.00) shall be required at the master’s level qualifying examination (M.Tech/ M.Des./ M.Sc., etc.). OR M.Tech./ME in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline with minimum marks/ CPI in Qualifying Degree. A minimum of 65 percent marks OR a CPI/ CGPA of 6.5 (on the scale of 10.00) shall be required at the master’s level qualifying examination (M.Tech/ M.Des./ M.Sc., etc.). OR Master’s degree in Physics with first Class (6.5 grades point out of 10) in Physics/ Material Science/ Applied Physics/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Nanotechnology/ Biophysics/ Advanced Engineering Materials or related equivalent Master’s/ M.Tech. Degree. M.Sc. candidates meeting this requirement must also fulfill one of the following additional requirements tenable for current year: a. Valid GATE score b. UGC/ CSIR (JRF only) qualification. c. DST inspire fellowship OR Master’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics with first Class (6.5 grades point out of 10) in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science or related equivalent Master’s/ M.Tech. Degree. M.Sc. candidates meeting this requirement must also fulfill one of the following additional requirements tenable for current year: a. Valid GATE score b. UGC/ CSIR (JRF only) qualified for NBHM or equivalent qualification. c.
