Scholarship Details:
- Scholarship covers the ‘whole fee’ for the two-year part-time distance learning M.A program, comprising two core module fees, four elective module fees, and the two dissertation modules fees. This is equivalent to fees of £7,350 over the lifetime of the award.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- Have the offer of a place on the MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies by distance learning.
- demonstrate outstanding academic merit or potential in the field of study, evidenced particularly by past achievements.
- be unable to take up the offer of a place on the MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies due to financial circumstances.
How to Apply:
- All applicants who receive a letter offering them a place on MA in Refugee Protection will be invited to apply for the Guy S. Goodwin-Gill Scholarship.
- The scholarship application is submitted via an online form that is separate to that for admission to the MA programme.
- Applicants also provide a short statement of their motivation in applying to the programme and for the scholarship.
Important Dates:
Last date for scholarship application: 17th August, 2015
Intimation of outcome to all applicants: 31st August, 2015
Last date for registration on MA programme: 1st October, 2015
