Application form for Computer Based (Online) Entrance Test – Cum- Admission into Post Basic B.SC., (Nursing) Course for the academic year 2015-16 into the colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada are invited through online from the eligible women candidates only.
Eligibility: Candidates should have passed Intermediate Examination or Any other equivalent examination (10 + 2 pattern).
Technical Qualification: Should have passed General Nursing and Midwifery.
Age: Candidate should have completed 17 years and should not be more than 45 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Availability of Application form: The Online Application Form is available in the University Website. The Candidates should fill the Application form through Online is available in the website from 24.07.2015 at 04.00 P.M to 03.08.2015 upto 5.00P.M.
Submission of filled-in application form: The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in online application form along with the copies of required certificates attested by Gazetted officer and fee can be paid through Debit card/ Credit Card or Net Banking 06.08.2015 by 5.00 PM to- The Convener, Under Graduate Admissions Committee, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada.
