Eligibility: The candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech. in relevant discipline with minimum of 60% marks/ 6.0 CPI (on a 10.0 point scale). In addition, they should have valid score in GATE. Financial Assistance: Financial assistance in the form of Teaching Assistantships of the Institute (Institute Assistantships) Rs.12,400 per month is available to the students admitted to M.Tech. programme.
