Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead and working through various business stakeholders. Sr. Learning Consultant Qualification: Bachelors degree (A Bachelor of Sciences degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or other related technical field; or a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Design; or equivalent experience is required). Experience: Minimum of 5 years instructional design experience. Consultant Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or the equivalent) in CIS, MIS, IS, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration with emphasis in information systems; or Bachelors degree (or the equivalent) in related field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, physics) with one year related experience.
