PhD Scholarships @ National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology Ranchi

National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT), Ranchi invites applications for PhD Scholarship 2014 for students pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in various research areas offered in Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering and Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities for the academic year 2014-15. Scholarship Details Rs. 18,000/- per month will be paid to the students admitted as Institute Scholars. Eligibility To be considered as full-time research scholar with scholarship, a valid GATE score/NET qualification is mandatory for candidates not having M.E. / M.Tech. degree. Only full-time research scholars with scholarship will get scholarship, for a maximum period of four years, at the rates in accordance with the directives from appropriate authorities. How to Apply The research scholars shall submit a prescribed PhD registration form (available with Ranchi University) to Coordinator (PhD and Research) with all relevant documents, which shall be forwarded to the Director for permission to conduct a pre-registration seminar.
