(Electronics & Communication) from recognised university with at least 50% marks or Bachelors degree in any discipline with CHM 'A' Level course. 2. Programmer: 03 Posts Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech. (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/ Information Technology)/ MCA/ "B" level of NIELT with one year experience in Software development/ Database Administration/ software Project Management and knowledge of Hardware and Networking. 3. MIS Operator: 01 Post Qualifications:B.Com/ BA with Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Applications/ NIELIT 'A' Level. 4. Clerk cum Data Entry Operator: Qualifications: 10+2 with Diploma in Computer/ NIELT 'O' Level and typing speed of 30w.p.m in English/ 25w.p.m in Hindi and one year experience. 5. Computer Operator Accounts: 11 Posts Qualifications: B.Com. with 01 year postgraduate diploma in Computer Science/ Applications/ NIELIT 'A' Level and Tally as one of the subject. 6. Data Entry Operator: 54 Posts Qualifications: 10+2 with Diploma in computer/ NIELT 'O; Level and typing speed of 30w.p.m. in English/ 25 w.p.m. in Hindi and one year experience. Fee: Rs. 500/- to be deposited in cash or through bank draft in favor of Director, NIELT, Chandigarh, payable at Shimla.
