SDE 2 Qualifications:BS or MS degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years of software development. Associate Consultant Qualification: Must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred. Experience: At least 4 years of related technology experience. IT Service Ops Manager Qualifications: BS/ BA or MS/ MA/ MBA in Computer Science, MIS, IT or equivalent work related experience preferred. Skills: 10+ years program management and/or relevant IT operations management experience, including 3 years of service management experience. IT Service Operations 2 Qualifications: BS/ BA in Computer Science, MIS, Business, IT or related field preferred Microsoft certification in one or more disciplines desirable (MCSE, MCDBA, or similar). Experience: 7+ years experience in technical IT Operations including working knowledge of MOF/ITIL best practices and demonstrated experience with implementing and operating systems within these frameworks.
