Experience: 5+ years core development experience as a Software Engineer.
- Technical Services ManagerQualifications:
- Prior experience managing technical support/ operations team.
- Deep knowledge of networking routing, TCP/ IP, Ethernet, Wifi configuration. CCNA-level knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in installation and configuration of Windows or RHEL 5 or other Linux in enterprise environment. RHCE/ CCNA level knowledge on client OS is preferred.
- Hands-on server or other hardware support experience.
- Technical Program Manager Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex, successful web services and/or customer experiences efficiently.
- Proven team leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done.
- Ability to clearly communicate high level strategy and technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organisations, including to senior leadership.
