  • Responsible for attending sales queries of customers.
  • Maintaining sales call records & forwarding to concern branches.
  • Take follow up of sales queries with concern branches.
  • Maintaining Sales queries report and giving training to coordinators
  • Provide quality customer service on every call.
  • Attend all in-house training related to customer care.
  • Able to transfer knowledge in form of seminars; training experience related to soft skills.
