While applying against the vacancy which is reserved, the candidates are required to attach the Caste Certificate in the format as prescribed by the Govt. of India. With other things remaining equal, preference will be given to Physically Handicapped candidate(s). 

Relaxation in age would be admissible as per Central Government Rules for various categories ST/OBC/ Ex-Servicemen/ PH. Age relaxation for educationally qualified meritorious candidates having adequate experience of working in Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Institutes. 

Some of the designations are likely to be renamed from Chief Security Officer to Security Officer, Junior Superintendent to Executive Assistant Grade-I, Office Assistant to Executive Assistant Grade-II, Lower Division Clerk to Executive Assistant Grade-III, Electrician to Technician Electrical, and Plumber to Technician Mechanical.  

Qualifications, Experience and Age limit for the above posts (Serial-wise):  

The essential qualification, experience and age limit, for the above posts are given in the table below as per serial numbers:

A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale.  
A. 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post. OR  
B. Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education. OR  
C. 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000 and above in a college or a university with experience in educational administration.  
 
 Age limit: Age up to 45 years as on last date of submission of application.

A master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale and a consistently good academic record

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. with first division or equivalent grade + 3 years’ experience of execution of civil construction work and its maintenance. OR  
Recognized diploma in Civil Engineering of 3 years duration with first division or equivalent and with 8 years’ experience of civil construction works and its maintenance.  

Age limit: Age preferably up to 35 years as on last date of submission of application.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with first division or equivalent grade + 3 years’ experience of electrical work execution and maintenance for large buildings, distribution of power on O.H. lines and underground cables and erection and maintenance of Sub-station Equipment in large Industry or similar educational complex OR Recognized diploma in Electrical Engineering of 3 years duration with first division or equivalent and with 8 years’ experience of electrical works for large buildings, distribution of power on O.H. lines and underground cables and erection and maintenance of Sub-station Equipment’s in large Industry or similar educational complex. 

Age limit: Age preferably up to 35 years as on last date of submission of application.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with at least one year field experience OR Diploma in Engineering in electrical engineering of 3 years duration with three years’ experience in execution of electrical construction projects and maintenance. 

Age limit: Age up to 32 years as on last date of submission of application.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 3 years’ experience at the level of upper division clerk, senior office assistant, executive assistant or equivalent post with the grade pay of Rs. 2400/- or above equivalent pay. Knowledge of office applications of computer & secretariat practices. 

Age limit: Age up to 32 years as on last date of submission of application.

(i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (ii) Experience of at least 3 years as a security staff in a Govt./PSU/Similar organization.

(i) Three years diploma in engineering or three years degree in relevant field with 3 years of relevant work experience OR (10+2) with Govt. approved /recognized ITI course of 12 months duration in relevant field with 5 years of work experience (ii) Knowledge of computer applications.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS  

(1)  Employees of Central Govt. / State Govt. / Semi-Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Institutions should send their applications either THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL or should furnish a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE at the time of interview. They can, however, send an advance copy in original.  

(2)  Age relaxation for ST/OBC/Physical Handicapped / Ex-Serviceman / Departmental candidates / Govt. servants will be as per Govt. of India norms. (3)  Besides pay, the posts carry allowances according to the Institute rules which at present are at par with the Central Government employees stationed at Jabalpur (MP).  

(4)  The Institute reserves the right to relax any of the qualifications/experience in exceptional cases of meritorious and outstanding candidates.  

(5)  Higher initial basic pay may be given to exceptionally qualified and deserving  candidate(s). 

(6) The Institute reserves the right to place a reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for interview.  

(7)  Mere fulfillment of essential qualifications per se does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.  

(8) The Institute reserves the right not to fill up the post, cancel the Advt. without assigning any reasons and its decision in this regard shall be final.  

(9)  The selection process generally consists of written test and/or skill test followed by an interview. No TA will be paid for written test and skill test. However, the candidates qualified for interview will be paid to and fro 2 AC rail fare (for the posts at Sr. no. 1 - 3) and 3AC rail fare (for the post at Sr. no. 4 - 15) by the direct shortest route. 


(10) Incomplete applications/ without relevant supporting enclosures/ without self-attested copies of certificates/ application not on prescribed format will be out rightly rejected. Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay. Interim correspondence will not be entertained.  

(11) The age limit, qualification and experience for the above posts as mentioned in the above table will be calculated as on last date of the submission of application forms.  

(12) No application fee is payable for applying to the said posts.  

(13) Candidates applying for various posts should send separate applications.
