EXISTING GROUPS WITH INTRODUCTION OF CA/CPT COURSES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-2014

Applications are invited from Boys and Girls in the State for admissions into Junior Intermediate into
APSWRS/JC, Ibrahimpatnam and Gowliddodi with the existing groups with introduction of CA/CPT courses for
the academic year 2013-2014 in the following Institutions functioning under the control of APSWREI Society.

The ratio of 60% of seats is to the students of Ranga Reddy District and 40% of seats to the students of
Hyderabad district in the combined admission considering the Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad districts as a
single unit for admission in 5th class and Intermediate 1st year.
Eligibility:
1. The annual income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum, as certified by MRO.
2. Only the students who have secured A1, A2, B1, B2 & C1 grades in SSC and have passed in the first
attempt in SSC March 2013.
3. The students of Telugu Medium and English Medium both are eligible for this entrance examination.
4. The age of the students shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2013 and in case of students studied in
Social Welfare Residential Schools and Social Welfare Hostels relaxation of 1 year will be given.
5. The students should produce Caste and Income certificates certified by the M.R.O.
Reservation:
1. The reservation pattern in above Institutions is SC-75%, SC converted Christians – 12%, ST-6%, BC– 5% and
others 2%.
2. Out of 87% (75% for SCs and 12% SC converted Christians), 60% of seats are reserved for the students
who have studied in APSWR Institutions and SW Hostels. Remaining 40% of seats are allotted for other SC
students viz., those who studied in BC, ST, Welfare hostels or studied in any other recognized institutions
by preparing a combined merit list.
3. In respect of outsiders, other than SC Candidates are not eligible for admission into these Institutions.
4. The vacant seats in ST, BC, OC will be given to the SC students who studied in Social Welfare Residential
Schools and Social Welfare Hostels duly following the merit.
5. 3% of overall seats will be reserved to the Physically Handicapped children who can attend their work
without anybody’s help based on the certificate issued by the Medical Board.
Process for admission into:
The applicant can submit his / her application to the Zonal Officer of the following centers or at the
Convenor School i.e., APSWR School/JC (B), Chilkur, R.R. District in person (or) by post on or before 10.06.2013

The hall tickets will be dispatched to the applicants by 11.06.2013. The students who have not
received Hall-Tickets should approach the Principal of the concerned Examination Center, one day before
or on the day of examination i.e., 16.06.2013 by 8.00 a.m. and obtain the duplicate hall tickets.
Selections are made on merit basis of subject-wise cut off marks obtained in the Entrance Test, subject
to fulfillment of ‘Eligibility’ and ’Reservation’ criteria.

c. Centre for entrance test / admission test will be communicated through the Hall Ticket.
Admission Test:
The test will based on SSC standard in Economics and Quantitative Aptitude based on the syllabus in
Class VIII, IX and X. The questions will be objective type and multiple choice. The entrance test question
paper will be both in English and Telugu Media. Applicants can select Telugu or English language as
medium of writing the Test.
Final Selection:
1. Selections will be made on merit, on the basis of subject-wise cut off marks obtained in the Entrance Test
to be held on 16.06.2013 subject to fulfillment of ‘Eligibility’ and ’Reservation’ criteria.
2. The selected students will be allotted to their respective Zones.
Other Information :
1. The 2nd Language in all these Institutions shall be Telugu
2. Selected students will get all benefits extended by SW Department such as free boarding, lodging,
dresses, books, Medical care and Examination Fee etc.,
Medium of Instruction :
The medium of instruction is English.
Last date to receive filled in applications by the concerned Zonal Officers is 10.06.2013. Applications
received after 5:00 P.M. on 10.06.2013 either by post or in person will not be accepted.
