Amazon Company invites applications for Customer Service Associate.
Eligibility: B.E/ B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Zc , B.A, MBA, MCA (All Disciplines) with 50% aggregate throughout the academics and no backlogs Graduating in 2017.
Computer Knowledge/ Skills:
1. Ability to use a desktop computer system.
2. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.
3. Excellent typing skills.
4. Demonstrates understanding of the Internet, Amazon.com website, and competitor websites.
5. Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
6. Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications.
7. Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media.
8. Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
