Tata Communications - Customer Service Executive

Tata Communications requires Customer Service Executive - Service Assurance
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Telecom Engg. Any telecom domain certification or CCNA preferred.
Experience: 2 - 5 years. Candidates with sound knowledge of Transmission and Transport network, Excellent skill in Fault Management, Configuration management & performance management with advanced troubleshooting skills.
Technical:
1. Working knowledge of SDH and SONET equipment commonly used in the transmission network viz. ECI, Tejas, Alcatel, etc.
2. Ethernet/ VPN network service knowledge –EOSDH, L2/ L3.
3. Hands on experience in NMS (ECI, TEJAS, and ALCATEL).
Job location: Pune.
