Qualifications:
1. BA/ BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5 years of experience in software engineering, product management, engineering program management, technical account management, sales engineering, or a related field.
3. 3 years of experience working with mobile carriers in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, and/or Latin America.
4. Experience with internet technologies, HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, C/C++, JAVA, Python, Perl, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and/or Unix/Linux.
