Dell - Client Tech Supt Associate

Dell requires Client Tech Supt Associate.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 Months of relevant experience in a Service Desk role.
2. Working Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows XP, 2000, Win7, Win 8 etc.
3. Must be able to speak fluent English.
4. Must possess excellent writing and comprehension skills.
5. Excellent Customer Service Skills.
6. Knowledge of troubleshooting PC Hardware.
7. Basic or Level 1 Working Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Networking, Messaging, and MS – Office on Windows.
8. Knowledge & prior experience on ITSM Tools.
9. Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory. Or 10+2+3 years of education.
10. Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
11. MCSE and CCNA would be an added advantage.
Location: Noida.
