1. Understand business requirements through business workshops, one on one interviews.
2. Analyze business requirement document.
3. Analyze gaps in order to meet business requirements.
Solution Engineering:
1. Provide support in creating solutions for the gaps.
2. Prepare first drafts on end to end solution for the client and integration plan and submit them to supervisor for review.
3. Detail out customization requirements/ configuration changes required for solution implementation.
4. Obtain approval and validation on solution developed.
