In the case of a candidate belonging to SC or ST, as on 1st July, 2015, he/she must have passed Intermediate or any other examination recognised by the Telangana State Government as being equivalent to Intermediate and should have studied 3 years Degree course. Distance Education: The candidates who have obtained Degree through Open Universities / Distance Education mode are required to have recognition by the University Grants Commission/ AICTE/ Distance Education Council as the case may be. Age Limit (As on 01/07/15):21 - 25 years and for Station Fire Officer 30 years. Registration Fee: Rs.500/- OC/ BC candidates and Rs.250/- for SC/ ST candidates. Preliminary Written Test: Candidates shall be required to appear for the Preliminary Written Test in one paper (three hours duration) as given below: Paper Subject Max.
