Scholarship Details:
- Number of Scholarships: 10
- Number of Scholarships award: 7 (2 scholarships will be given in Hebrew Language and 5 for an academic year/ research)
- The scholarship could be partial or full.
- Partial scholarship includes:
- part of the tuition fees
- Basic health insurance
- Monthly allowance for one academic year (8 months only).
- Full scholarship includes:
- tuition fee
- Basic health insurance
- Monthly allowance for one academic year (8 months only)
- Accommodation, transportation and travel arrangements to and from or in Israel are the applicant's responsibility.
Eligibility:
- For research/specialization: Applicants must have Master’s degree in relevant field with 60% marks or more for applying to the subjects Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Environment Studies and Master’s degree in relevant field with 55% marks or more for remaining subjects.
- For Hebrew language and Literature course: Applicants pursuing the postgraduate course in this subject may apply.
- Applicants who have already been abroad for studies/training/ specialization either on scholarships or on their own, for a period exceeding six months are eligible to apply if they have been in India for at least two consecutive years after returning from abroad as on 28th November, 2015.
- Applications of candidates who are already abroad will not be considered.
- Proof of English or Hebrew Language proficiency is a must.
- Applicant should meet the academic requirements of the Israeli University to which he/she applies. A scholarship will be granted only after the institute approves the acceptance of the candidate.
