Oxford-Indira Gandhi Graduate Scholarships, 2016 @ University of Oxford

Scholarship Details: Number of Scholarships: 2 Scholarship covers course fees, college fees and a grant for living costs for full-time students of at least £14,057 (students on part-time courses will receive a study support grant instead). Scholarships are made for the full duration of fee liability for the agreed course. Scholarship is only applicable for Somerville College in University of Oxford. Eligibility: Scholarships are available for applicants who are either ordinarily resident in India or have previously studied at an Indian higher education institution. Applicant must be applying for one of the eligible master’s courses: M.Sc. in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management M.Sc. in Contemporary India Master of Public Policy M.Sc. in Water Science, Policy and Management M.Sc. in Environmental Change and Management M. Phil. in Development Studies and Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) or for a D. Phil. course with proposed research in the eligible areas of study. Applications for Indira Gandhi D.Phil. scholarships are invited from candidates whose proposed area of study is relevant to the Indira Gandhi Centre’s (IGC) agenda of inter-disciplinary research on sustainable development and India.
