ANM/ Maternity Assistant: 29 Posts Qualification: i). Matriculation or its equivalent. ii). Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) or Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwife or its equivalent granted by the Board of Medical Education, recognised by the Government. iii). Registration as a Midwife in any one of the State Nursing and Midwifery Council in India. Pay Band-I: Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.2400/- Entomological Assistant: 01 Post Qualification: Degree in Science with Zoology as the Main subject. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience. Pay Band-II: Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4200/- Filaria Inspector: 08 Posts Qualification: i). Pass in H.Sc. with Science as one of the subject or equivalent from a recognised Board/ University. ii). Certificate of having undergone Special Training in a Filaria Training Centre recognised by the Government. Pay Band-I: Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.2400/- Health Assistant: 20 Posts Qualification: i). Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. ii). Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) or Diploma in Sanitation or Diploma in Health Inspector course/ Health Assistant/ Diploma in Public Health and Sanitation awarded by recognised University/ Institution. Pay Band-I: Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.2400/- Ophthalmic Technician: 05 Posts Qualification: i). Matriculation or its equivalent. ii). Two years Diploma or Degree in Ophthalmic Technician or Ophthalmic Assistant course from a recognised Institution. Pay Band-2: Rs.9300-34800 +GP of Rs.4200/- Pharmacist (Allopathy): 15 Posts Qualification: i). H.Sc. or its equivalent. ii). Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised University/ Institute. iii). Registration in any one of the Register in Pharmacy Council. Pay Band-I: Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.2800/- Radiographer: 03 Posts Qualification: i). Matriculation or its equivalent. ii). Certificate of Radiological Assistant awarded by a Board of Examination by Govt. Pay Band-2: Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4200/- Refrigeration Mechanic: 02 Posts Qualification: i). SSLC or its equivalent. ii). A trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning issued by an ITI or other Govt. recognised Institution. iii). Three years experience in the trade. Pay Band-I: Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.1900/- Sr. Laboratory Technician: 12 Posts Qualification: Degree of a recognised University in Chemistry/ Medical Lab. Technology/ Microbiology.
