Technical Recruiter
Qualifications: BA/ BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience closing executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
- Solid track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor working independently.
- A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
