Technical Recruiter Qualifications: BA/ BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience closing executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages Solid track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor working independently. A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
