Eligibility: Any bachelor’s degree from Mahatma Gandhi University or any other Universities recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with an aggregate of 50% (or CGPA of 2) for Part I,II&III put together. SC/ ST candidates need only a pass in the qualifying examination. SEBC and OEC candidates will be given a relaxation of 3% and 5% respectively in the prescribed minimum Marks. Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply for admission provided they shall produce the proof of qualification on or before the date of counseling by the University. An application fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ ST candidates) shall be remitted either at the cash counter of the University or at FRIENDS JANASEVANAKENDRAM or by way of M.G. University Chalan (A/C No. 67114059391) of State Bank of Travancore. A self- addressed stamped envelope(Rs 5/-) shall be enclosed along with the application. University, Priyadarsini Hills, Kottayam- PIN 686 560 Selection process: Admission to the programme is based on a common admission test which is mandatory for all candidates. Admission will be based on the marks secured in the entrance test only. The entrance test is of one hour duration consisting of 50 objective type multiple choice questions each of which carries four choices. Weightage of marks for proficiency in NCC/ NSS etc. and bonus marks for Ex-Servicemen applicants and widows and children of Jawans/ Ex-Servicemen will be given as per the existing rules of admission. Reservation for candidates with outstanding records in sports and games shall be allowed as per rules. 3%of the seats under Merit quota are reserved for physically challenged candidates.
