Assistant (Finance & Accounts) Gr.III: 03 Posts
Qualification:10+2/ XII or its equivalent with Commerce as one of the subjects and typing speed on computer of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
Age as on 31st July, 2015: 28 years
Pay Band: Rs.5200- 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-
Assistant (Stores & Purchase) Gr.III: 02 Posts
Qualification:10+2/ XII or its equivalent and typing speed on computer of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
Age as on 31st July, 2015: 28 years
Pay Band: Rs.5200- 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-
Junior Stenographer: 07 Posts
Qualification:10+2/ XII or its equivalent and speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand English / Hindi and typing speed on computer of 40/ 35 w.p.m. in English/ Hindi.
Age as on 31st July, 2015: 28 years
Pay Band: Rs.5200- 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-

Candidates have to take a DD of Rs.100/- for General/ OBC towards application fee drawn in favor of ‘The Director, CSIR-IICT’ payable at Hyderabad.
SC/ ST/ Women/ PwD/ CSIR Employees are exempted from the application fee.

Selection Process:
For posts 1, 2 & 3:

The selection will be made based on the written test, Typewriting test on Computer and Interview.
The written test/ typing test will be conducted for those who are shortlisted by the screening committee.
The written test will be designed to test the knowledge of candidates in General Awareness/ General Knowledge and General English.
Only those candidates will be called for typing test, who obtain the cut off marks in the written exam as prescribed by the Competent Authority.
Candidates who qualify in the typing test will only be called for personal interview.
After the personal interview a merit list will be prepared taking into account the marks obtained in the written test and personal interview which shall be the final merit list. 75% of the marks are assigned for written test and 25% are assigned for personal interview.

For post 4:

The Shorthand Test will be conducted for those who are shortlisted by the duly constituted Screening Committee of the Institute based on the criteria of marks secured in 10+2/ XII or its equivalent and number of posts to be filled.
The Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the shorthand test (Shorthand & Transcription) and qualifying typing test on computer in English/ Hindi.
Merit list will be drawn based on the performance in proficiency test on Shorthand (Shorthand & Transcription) and typing on computer.
