Financial Advisor: 01 Post Eligibility: Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Services holding analogous posts or Posts in the pay scale of Rs.10000-15200 (pre-revised) further revised to PB-3 of Rs.15600- 39100 plus grade pay of Rs.6600 with 5 years of regular service in the grade. In the event of not finding suitable officers from the Organized Accounts Services, officers in the Finance and Accounts Departments of Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings holding the posts of the level specified above shall be considered. Age Limit: 56 years Pay Band-3: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.7600/-. Finance & Chief Accounts Officer: 02 Posts Eligibility: i). Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Services holding an analogous post or a post in the pay scale of PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.5400 with 5 years regular service in the grade; OR ii). Audit/ Accounts Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Departments with 7 years’ regular service in the scale of PB-2 Rs. 9300- 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent. In the event of suitable officers from the Central Government being not available, similar officers in the Finance/ Accounts Departments of the Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings shall be considered. Age Limit: 56 years Pay Band-3: Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- Administrative Officer: 03 Posts Eligibility: Officers under the Central Govt., U.T Administrations or the Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 3/5 years of service in a post in the Pay scale of Rs.2000-3500/- Rs.2000-3200 (revised to PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + Rs. 4600 Grade Pay) or equivalent respectively and having a Degree and experience in administration and establishment matters and also preferably in Accounts matters. Officers possessing MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference.
