University of Mysore entrance exam to Ph.D programme

Eligibility: Candidates who have secured atleast 55% of aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/Cat-1 /Physicaly Challenged candidates) or equivalent grade under grading system, in their Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from the recognised Universities/Institutions. The Following candidates are exempted from the entrance exam and they can apply for Provisional Registration by consulting a guide in the subject of their interest after verifing their eligibility. Candidates who have qualified for UGC/CSIR (JRF) Fellowships Qualified for Lecturership through UGC/CSIR NET Examination/ K-SET/ GATE. Government/Aided College Teachers under FIP. Candidates who have completed M.Phil course, provided their M.Phil course was through an Entrance Examination. Foreign Nationals with Indian/Foreign Degrees How to apply: Candidates can apply online.
